Thank you for sharing your report and photos.

Some of my thoughts:

The bathroom looks like a standard issue former Savoy Group bathroom as I had a similar one over at the Savoy before its renovations.

Did you find the ceilings to be a bit low as they do seem a tad low.... perhaps because the room is on the top floor?

The hallways of the lower floors do look quite dreary.

Finally, Claridges has not changed the china for their Afternoon Tea as they used the same Bernardaud pattern back in 2004 when I first went for Afternoon tea.... I actually enjoy Afternoon Tea at the Dorchester the most. I don't like staying there but I do like eating and "tea-ing" there!!
