What are you talking about? I had no trouble AT ALL redeeming points from SIN to Europe recently. The only problem was that I needed to redeem 3 business saver awards on the same flight. If I was after 1-2 seats it would have been cake easy...

As for F, I checked recently and also had no trouble seeing availability for a saver award seat from SIN to FRA. And incredibly it only costs 70k miles to fly in F.
