Well, it is actually Worldcom now, unless the spin out is actually in effect.

As a former employee in their network services dept and still have many friends working there as we speak, I have to say that there are alot of good and hard working people in the organization. The problem of CS has always been a weak point of MCI or Worldcom, it is too bad that everyone gets scared off or pissed off at the CS and looked beyond the quality network that they offer.

Every major carriers have problems, if you get mad at them just switch, but you don't have to say that they are the worst company.
