Neal, I completely agree with you. MCI IS THE WORST LD COMPANY ! I've had problems signing up for this **** card that I need to obtain for the 20/20 partner.
The first time i signed up I was told to expect my card soon and everything was ok.
After waiting for the card I decided to check and to my shock I was told I had signed up for long distance service ( I'm so glad I signed up my cell phone rather than my home phone). Anyway, the CS rep signed me up again and was told everything was UPDATED.
Then a week later I get a call from a guy in Brooklyn who tells me that he has my MCI calling cards in his name and sent to his address, but with my cell phone number on the card. ???? Well, after clearing that I, again, called MCI and my info was updated.
2 weeks later I still didn't receive my card. Thinking the card was sent to the brooklyn address I called MCI and was told that I had never signed up for the calling card and worst of all they didn't have my credit card number on file (I submitted my CC # 2 times) HOLY **** .. this company sucks. I cannot believe I was a shareholder ! Well, as of now I'm still waiting for those **** miles to post to AA account so I can close this account.
