I think it depends on the context in which you are asking. To the general public, most members of FT would have a "high" number of flights. I suspect it's a small portion of the total population that even has basic status, so 25-30 segments per year is high to most people.

Even on FT, I suspect less than half have top level elite status - 100-120+ segments, so anything above that would be high.

There will always be a few that chime in with "well I have xxx" or "I know a guy who has yyy", but that just means your number isn't the absolute highest. I think by any rational metric, your number would be considered "high".
