Did anyone have problems getting the travelers checks from Chase while using their Aadvantage MC from Citibank? I tried to do this, and Chase first used the wrong expiration date, then attempted the transaction another 6 times. (Hey if at first you don't succeed try, try again :P ) Citi in turn took this to be 'dangerous' activity and put a block on my card. When I finally got the call from Chase and they confirmed the account number, but gave the wrong expiration, I asked them to correct the expiry date. Of course it didn't work. Citibank removed the block, but advised me they needed to use the full expiry date (mm/dd/yy). Chase claims they can only enter the month & year. What's going on?
