If you are willing to look beyond Miami Beach, you could try the RC Key Biscayne.

Completely different atmosphere than South Beach while still oceanfront. Much more relaxing than Miami Beach

Rates there (or at Setai) for March will probably be brutal though.

Mandarin Oriental could also be an option.
