In the interest of full disclosure, I did have an FA spill a glass of wine on me on a flight I renewed Executive Platinum. I was thrilled - it was white, not red. Not much of a ceremony, actually, but certainly a spontaneous and genuine gesture. Maybe I was selected from the passenger manifest? If so, would that have been my manifest destiny?
