I have had problems with payment as well on KLM.nl, my iDeal payment was somehow not registered properly. However I did receive a warning that payment was not received properly, and that if no e-ticket was released in the next few hours I should contact the helpdesk. Which I did, they manually verified the payment and released the e-ticket in a matter of minutes.
