Just had to ring up in the end to try and sort it out. The guy on the phone couldn't get it to work either even though he confirmed that the PC code given above definitely waives the fee.

What he suggested is go through now and pay in advance online so I can get the prepaid deal and then bring along the code to Orlando when I go to pick this up, somehow I doubt that would work however, could anybody confirm this to me?

The Gold Membership link doesn't work for me either so I don't think I can do that either.
