In short, my story was: I was late to the airport (the line to BKK is closed now), they actually called the airport whilst I was in transfer in their limo (a Toyota) to say I would be late. I arrived at the airport and the coutner agent had already checked me in... He just needed to see my passport, the rest was ready and waiting for me.
