In a word, "no". After all, it takes a few days before the miles even register on aa.com, so how would they know? (Yeah, I know they know why we fly... heh!) The "Up in the Air" gig was imaginative, but, that's it.

Does anything at all actually happen on any of the huge milestones? My girlfriend's father has right around 9 million miles and I don't think he's gotten anything like that on any of his flights. He does seem to get decent gifts sent to him at the major milestones, but nothing in flight...
