Kudos for bringing up that point.
As I noted somewhere up thread, I made that mistake as well and counted the annual fee towards the 2k spend. Once you hit the 2k benchmark, you should get your bonus miles in the next statement. Chase is pretty good at posting miles promptly.
I'm still waiting for the last 50k to post since I changed the bill due date (thinking that I would get the statement sooner). That didn't really work the way I planned. Patience is key.

Did you count the $75 among your 2K spent? If so, you have not met the 2k spending because annual fee is not a purchase, thus not qualify for the spending required. It is so obvious, but amazingly quite a few people made such mistake to include $75 as their spending.
If you indeed have met the spending requirement, you really need to email Chase to find out why you haven't gotten the 2nd 50K.
