"The chicken is supposed to be cold?"

That was the most common question asked to the FAs on my flight from SJC to ORD today.

The chicken fingers actually looked okay on the plate, with potato salad and vegetables on the side, until you start eating it. It's indigestible and disgusting. You can also see the hardened fat on the chicken coating.

I fly mostly coach and don't usually complain about economy food. I wish there's a way to know what's going to be served ahead of time. The kid's meal of HOT grilled cheese sandwich was much much better. I would have ordered that!
