Yeah, I definitely need help in that department. I've never been able to find a good value in redeeming MR points, though the SPG points have been fantastic. Though, between the MR points and 2% cash back from Visa I've been picking the latter.
Either way, what do you guys think of downgrading to the Platinum card? The one benefit I anticipate actually missing is the elite status on several airlines, but I think I only benefitted from that once or twice in the past few years. The other reason I might hold onto the black card is that I may be traveling quite a bit more in coming years.
