I can't go anywhere without a bottle of water as I have a medical condition that makes my mouth and eyes very dry. I bought a bottle of water at the airport for my recent flight and I'm glad I did. I don't like fizzy drinks on a flight as they can bloat your stomach with all that gas.

Given that all the travel advice I have read tells you to keep hydrated it seems ridiculous that you don't get more water handed out.
