Now as a full disclaimer, I do have to chase up most of my miles, but somehow, I often end up with more than I'm entitled to. I contact estore 6 weeks after the reservation, they post the miles manually, and sometimes they post again on their own 4-5 months later! All I can say is, keep a spreadsheet! I also use it for all my Avis and Marriott reservations.

The estore gives 1 mile/Cdn $ spent, so you get a little extra on US reservations.
