Maybe you will let us look at the pictures of the DM DO in Fiji. I got the other memo, which you didn't get. My memo said that Charter is an appendage DL invented for DM to make the DMs feel they were getting something for their loyalty once they discover that the memo of the DM DO in Fiji was sent to the DMs to keep them coming back.
