That's because we just released this and haven't notified our subscribers of the new feature yet. We'll send out an email later this week or next week.

Yes, it is alliance friendly because you can put in the frequent flyer number of any airline, not just BA, to send in with BA seat maps. We tested this with an AA elite account and it worked great. Same for QF, JL, and UA.
