I do remember though, that in SFO there is a way to get from AA (as well UA) terminal to international terminal. But... will I (EXP flying international on AA) be allowed to visit the BA lounge?

This thread has been merged into the SFO oneworld Lounges thread and, as noted by HNL and in the OP of this thread, one cannot physically access the oneworld lounges when traveling on AA.
