The only 2 ways I have found to buy the tickets are to be on the phone with your credit card company when it gets rejected, they need to get a supervisor, and they authorize it for approval (a big pain). The painless way has been to use my Visa check card that I have through my local credit union. I am yet to have a transaction declined with Cebu Pacific.
