I get the feeling that Jet are feeling a little embarrased that they got outdone by Kingfisher in joining Oneworld.

The realistic option for them is SKyTeam and it is a pretty crap alliance compared to the other two and Jet probably feel that they are too good for SkyTeam and are hoping for a AI major f***up in Star integration and hoping to take their place.

There probably trying to "save face" in that they got left me with no choice.
