It is correct that it is part of the SDC Ts&Cs that you cannot upgrade these bookings using your BA Miles. However, we are working on changing this at the moment but I cannot confirm a date as yet. If you have an eligible booking and there is space available please send the details to me via private mail and I will do what I can to help.
