I know Singapore is supposed to be the best service in this part of the world, but having flown C in Singapore, ANA, Thai, etc. I would recommend ANA. Their 777 cabins are immaculate and service is impeccible. Not that the others are bad...but don't discount ANA through NRT (and they depart JFK and IAD on the east coast).
