Hotel Kämp, Helsinki is my favorite of all, though there are quite a few excellent ones through the system. Hotel Kämp has the small, elegant, understated courtesy that is Finland at it's best. The food is spectacularly well prepared and presented; although I can only speak of fish and seafood because I have had nothing else there.
