Sounds as if you may have a problem with the Credit Utilization factor of your FICO score. Have you looked at your credit report to see how this account is reported and affects your credit scores? VISA Signature products typically have No Preset Spending Limit, and most issuers do not report your revolving limit. However, they do report your statement balance. (The fact that you subsequently pay that balance in full is literally invisible to the credit bureau.) You may be in a situation where your reported balances represent a high proportion of your reported available credit.
