Haha... that is funny. I flew them this New Year's IST-CAI-DXB-CAI-ATH all in C and had a rather mixed experience.

The newish 737-800 was pretty okay equipment wise but the A340 was really a bit scary and seemed to be in urgent need of maintance. As pointed out, the airline is dry though rumours persist that the cabin crew will open and serve your BYO on some longhaul segments (like to the US) but I guess it is good to double check this in other forums before attempting yourself.

The breakfast we had was outright appalling while the dinner was rather decent. And no pork. But prayer on all the video monitors prior to take off :-)
