You are wasting your time. I am a cardholder since 1963, and was Centurion for several years. I charged well over 7 figures during the time I was Centurion, but when they increased the annual fee, despite a letter from ex employee Al Kelly, who ran the card division at the time, saying, as a charter member, it would never be raised, I dumped it. Picked up a Senior Gold for $55 a year, which I never use, since I have a free Accolades AMEX from US Trust, if I need it, and moved my spend to Visa Signature. I haven’t noticed any difference. I never even had an acknowledgment from Chenault's office. Letting that spend walk out the door, from a nearly 50 year customer, while simultaneously going to the Feds for TARP money (last year) tells you all you need to know about this company.
