Well, I was hoping to report back with a resolution to this... but the Reward Desk hasn't connected any of the calls I've made for the past 48 hours. I get a "high call volume" message, it tells me to check CO.com (wish it were so simple) and then it hangs up.

A fun and easy way to amuse myself every hour on the hour!
