SMI, does the retraining apply to ATL? My experience is-- perhaps because the baggage handlers are busy getting bags to connecting flights first-- the bags just come out in the order they arrive at the belt. I'll be the first to give credit if I see a bunch of yellow tags at the front of the baggage queue after my flight next week.
