Not as extensive of a review as CE but good nonetheless.

My first stay as SPG Gold and I stayed here for one night on C+P. Was told most of the suites were being renovated and that if not for that, they would have no problem upgrading a Gold to a Suite if available. Was given a renovated King room on the 28th Floor of the Blue Tower. Very great view, room was clean and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Shower was well put together and the Room had a flat screen which was a nice touch.

As this location doesn't have a lounge, I was given a free drink at the restaurant on the 35th Floor of the Red Tower. I ordered a Guiness and a order of Garlic Fries. The only bad part of the stay as it took 25 minutes to get my fries.

I called at 9am and asked for a late check out. Was granted the 4pm Checkout. No Hassle whatsoever.

Easily the best stay I've had at a SPG location and while Aloft is more my style, I appreciated the Westin for being a very glamourous and comfortable location.
