1,000 trained volunteers against a cabin crew work force of 13,000 is hardly going to make a difference on strike days...
Thats because they dont understand how BA have more than the required number of crew on most aircraft, more time off than legally required, fly less sectors than they can legally do, 1000 cant strike anyway, and, more importantly that a majority of BA cabin crew are part time.
Thats before the 800 LGW crew who will definitely work and the unknown number of LHR crew who might work.
