I have a Southwest Gift Card that has a partial security code on the back. After scratching off the latex, only one digit appears. Nothing I've tried makes the other digits appear - it appears that the numbers were attached to the latex, and not the plastic card.

WN Customer Relations rep told me basically that I'm S.O.L. because the card is "damaged" and WN is not responsible. After reviewing the Gift Card T&C's, it covers lost, stolen, or destroyed cards, but doesn't address "damaged" cards.

Is there any way without a legible security code to redeem this card on WN?
