BA lounge access at SFO for AA EXP intl passengers departing on AA?
Cannot find any info though about the opening hours of BA lounge(s) at SFO International Terminal.

I do remember though, that in SFO there is a way to get from AA (as well UA) terminal to international terminal. But... will I (EXP flying international on AA) be allowed to visit the BA lounge?
