Ahhh. We have E and SE accounts so have more options on redemptions. We are looking to send my daughter from YVR-YYZ on specific dates in March and it is 25K from the SE account or 50K from the E account. I didn't realize that the non status members just wouldn't have the option of redeeming points for that trip.

The kids still have about 20k points between them but most were used up when my daughter got married (she used hers for her honeymoon and my son used his to fly her and her husband on an extra trip so they could avoid the long car trip with family.) The rest of their points will be spent on movie tickets or something similar.
