Nope. CO's 752s have the BF seats. The 753s have a domestic F seat. They are NOT the same.

No way to know. You'll get a 752 but no way to know if you'll have the old BF seat or the new lie-flat one.

Yes. There are currently 2/41 752s with the lie-flat and more are coming.
