Flew last week from DAR to LOS via NBO on KQ. Used Simba lounge (which, as always, was VERY crowded). I am not sure exactly where the other lounges are but if I am not mistaken, you would need to head towards the "inner circle", towards immigration to find those. It's a relatively small airport (compared to major US/EU airports), so don't worry about it too much. If you have that much free time, maybe you can exit the airport and stay in a nearby hotel. But that depends on the visa requirements (which I am not sure of).
