GVA-BOG

I'm only considering CO as it's the only *A option for GVA-BOG. Last time I flew IB on this route (via MAD) and found IB to be a second-tier airline at best. Their J seat was OK, but the food was really bad, and service was marginal.
If not obligatory to do *A, why not consider GVA-CDG-BOG on AF? I've done AMS-CDG-BOG (AF) + AMS-EWR-BOG (CO) + AMS-IAH-BOG (CO). The AF service (340) in business is vastly superior to CO, and in economy also somewhat better than CO, and you get to avoid the USA hassles.

You could also fly MAD-BOG on AV, which is a 330 and of course better than IB.
