They're considered BA flights (comair is a franchise of BA) not codeshare. I got SC/points on a RTW ticket, so in general yes.

As an aside, any info on lounge options for JNB, CPT and Livingstone would be appreciated. I'll also have a two hour wait for a friend at JNB (no onward flight) after arriving on QF in F, so if anyone has any ideas on how to best kill the time....
JNB, CPT and Livingstone all have lounges. Livingstone is a "shared lounge" and not much to write home about. The CPT and JNB domestic lounge is OK -just like any continental terraces lounge. JNB international has showers from memory.
