Slightly OT. My problem with the My Way benefit is that some hotels insist on the 24 hour change rule and some don't. A case in point...Last week I was at the Frankfurt Hilton and I had requested a nor-1 upgrade to a suite. On the morning of my flight from LAX, I checked hhonors.com and found out that my reservation had already changed to a suite so I changed the My Way selection to free internet. When I checked in at the Frankfurt Hilton on my arrival, I asked for free internet and the receptionist said that my selection was "upgrade" and I could not change it. On the other hand, I have been able to change the My Way selection at check-in at other properties such as Hilton Times Square and Palmer House.
