I believe the difference in F seats on 7442 and 7443 is not that big, whereas in J there is huge difference between the old seats and the new (almost) lie-flat seats. Actually, old F seats are still very comfortable so most people in F should be able to survive an a/c change. IFE sucks on 7442 on the other hand.
