Seriously. I have stayed there twice, August 2008 and July 2009, and STILL cannot believe that multiple staff independently recognized my brother and/or I. Not just at the front desk with our information in front of them, but at BarSu and The Living Room. Maybe I'm just naive and somehow they get a list or picture, but I mean that really blew me away, I have no idea how they remembered.
