Change/cancellation fee waived part is the kind of ticket cost $100-$200 more than the MCS with instant upgrade. MCS with instant upgrade fare do have a $75 charge.

Free checked bags is only to 1 piece, which transfer to $25 on majors. Free headset cost $1-$2, UA already has that free for all. Free alcohol cost $6 on majors. Still doesn't worth it.
