Eastbay has a good timetable. It sounds about right to me.
If you are determined to come now, you have to realise that some tourist activities will not be possible and than many vineyards will be closed due to damage. So you aren't going to see things at their best. Use a guide to drive you around and they will know which places are feasible. Valparaíso is still very shaky - some of the aftershocks are impressive - but anywhere north of Santiago is alright. Buses are running north on a slightly reduced timetable. There is a very reduced schedule south, but please leave those seats for those who need them most. Flights are not departing yet, but should by Wednesday. However, schedules will be nowhere near normal, national or international.
