KLM is not sending my e-ticket

I booked a trip online from the KLM website and payed for my ticket too. I got a booking confirmation mail. But no e-ticket. when i go to manage my booking i dont see a ticket number or the amount payed..Did anyone else experience this with KLM before? What might be the reason they are not getting my payment?
