I am a Silver Medallion, my wife is not. My company has booked me on a flight to SYD. I booked my wife on the same flight but had to do that booking separately. Now, in the past I'm SURE that I've been able to call and have those two PNR's linked somehow and I was able to online check-in at delta.com and both of us got the SM baggage limits (2/70lbs). I tried to call Delta this time and they tell me that they can not do this. Am I just imagining that this was done before, has something changed or did I just get an agent that was clueless. I'm sure I've done this on 2-3 different occasions.
