Just thought I'd follow up and let everyone know that this number is NOT a special number for the AOLAAdvantage program. When I got shuffled around for many minutes I was finally told how to track my rewards through "clickmiles" and numerous times stated that this was NOT a clickmiles request. The girl wouldn't listen, wouldn't give me a supervisor, etc.
What a joke. I spend hundreds (possibly thousands) each year on office supplies.... and will NEVER use Office Max again.
You would think they would care about loosing customers, but I guess not.
