While technically should be 3 different partners, PC can't distinguish between points.com and the purchase of points through their website which is powered by points.com. Expect to have to chase this one with PC. If you live outside the USA, the easiest partners to access are E-Rewards (use a US address), Amex MR points, Hertz or FTD (send flowers to someone in the USA). Bear in mind you can buy 5000 points for $30 so don't spend more than you have to or buy something expensive you don't need just for this promo.
