Tovaz and others in the Tucson Area. Just got back from Big Lots/MacFrugals/Pick and Save. Kelloggs Corn Flakes at $1.29 with certs. That is $.0129 per mile. or about $.0000129 per flake. They also had a large display of Nutrigrain Bars at $1.59 with certs. (Sorry but no Twists with Certs)

This is at the 22nd/Alvernon Store. Don't know about Oracle or Tanque Verde stores.
