I think at BD it is the same. My colleague put Wing Commander as a joke when he signed up for DC. Once we called the ICC (and he put it on loudspeaker so I could support him), and it was extremely funny: "Certainly, Wing Commander, we will issue the ticket immediately.... yes, Wing Commander... Not to worry, Wing Commander."
